JESSICA LEMPIN

Jessica Lempin has turned a childhood passion into a dedicated career.  Jessica began processing film and prints for the general public in her late teens.  Seeing such photographic artistry in print opened Jessica up to expanding her own knowledge, thus leading her to major in photography in college.

In college, Jessica was taught an in-depth study of professional photographic practices, including film applications, processing techniques and composition. Later in her career, Jessica co-founded Long Island Photo Gallery, located in New York.  There she curates the retail space, runs photography exhibits, and works directly with the gallery artists to help them develop a robust portfolio.  Jessica also leads photography excursions, runs photo critique sessions, and teaches Adobe Lightroom to photographers of all caliber.

Jessica doesn't like to limit herself or her style to just one type of photographic process.  She is constantly inspired by grand scenic vistas, the silkiness of a long exposure, the crisp lines and character of architecture and buildings, and the amazing world of macro photography.

JOANNE HENIG

Joanne Henig has been a professional photographer for more than 10 years.  Her fine art pieces have been on display in numerous gallery exhibits, in print publications, on permanent display in hotels, airports, corporate facilities and in private collections across the nation.

Joanne is co-founder of Long Island Photo Gallery where she began sharing her passion for photography by running photography expeditions, holding photo critique  workshops and educational seminars for photographers.

Along with her tour colleagues, Joanne has joined World Wide Photo Tours to delve deeper into the travel photography and photography education field.  Sharing photography knowledge with other photographers and helping tour guests build a stunning portfolio is both rewarding and fun for Joanne.
